I had a esp issue and he was more than happy to cover it on warranty so his after care was spot on too. Vans running spot on now no complaints.

Great service from the guys at TPW. Bought my van from Tom and he put it through a thorough MOT and fixed every issue raised on the Van. On the first day a warning light came up, one text and Tom had the van straight in no problem to sort the issue out. Collecting it in the morning and can't wait to start my conversion.

Although their business is van sales they had a car they had taken as in part exchange which I have purchased. I am totally satisfied with the car and very impressed that they valeted it for me too.

They have also provided a 30 day warranty which I wasn't expecting.

Tom went above and Beyond when helping me and my partner purchase our new Sprinter Van. Description was accurate, and Tom even replied at 11pm the night before purchase to ensure I didn't waste a 2 hour journey. Couldn't be happier with the purchase, Tom is a genuinely lovely guy, honest and understanding. I had a small niggle with the van, and he had no issues repairing, and responding to my concerns ASAP. Would 110% recommend. Cheers guys!

Bought a connect from Tom last week when a problem occurred shortly after driving away. Cannot fault his response to this- picked up myself and van, returned me home and took van for repair. Van returned a few days later fixed. Well done Tom

Absolutely fantastic. I bought a van from tpw trading, i was very happy with the van. It was the cheapest van i had viewed and by far in the best condition compared to other vans that i had seen.

Unfortunately i took it to a mechanic just to check over to which they told me the timing chain was rattling which apparently is a common fault on these vans and needed replacing at a cost of £1000.

I explained this to tpw trading to which they offered me a full refund, or to repair the van at their cost.

I thought this was very honourable of them considering it was just bad luck and wasnt their fault it had this mechanical issue.

In the end i decided to let them fix it. It was done within a few days and i havent had any issues with the van since.

I couldn't recommend them enough.

After previously having a bad experience at a main dealership, Tom and Daniel were a huge breath of fresh air. I purchased a beautiful Ford Transit Tourneo Custom from Tom and the whole experience, from the initial call, to after-sales support has been fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, friendly and straightforward. Despite a few minor hiccups during the handover, Tom and Daniel dealt with everything professionally and did everything they could to make sure I drove away in my new van. TPW Trading is incredible and well worth a visit "“ it is a van lover's dream. I would highly recommend Tom's over other van dealers if you're looking for something hassle free. Will definitely be back.

Baught a transit van from here, unfortunately there were some issues found with the van. After collaboration with the team at TPW I was offered a full refund and was not put under any pressure to keep the vehicle. The team did everything they said they would to look after me, can't fault the service!

Although this was a nagative experience I hold no negative opinions against TPW Trading and would definitely do business with this company again.

Thanks for being straight and honest, it's hard to find these days!

Had a couple of problems with the van which was minor but Tom and Craig sorted with no questions asked. Now that's a piece of mind you don't get from other commercial dealers. Will be after a newer van next year and I would have no problems in purchasing one from this trusted and respected company.
